Ensemble member

Jaromír Žižka graduated from the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava, where he studied in the class of Jan Matušínský. From 2004 to 2007, he was engaged with the VUS Ondráš ensemble as both a répétiteur and a member of the folk instrument orchestra. Since 2008, he has been active in music education at art schools and currently focuses on private tuition for adult students. He performs regularly with the ensemble Collegium Virtuosi and the folk-beat group Docuku. As part of his concert activity, he has appeared in most European countries.
